BCA reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Users may terminate their accounts by contacting support, subject to settlement of any outstanding obligations.

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where BCA operates. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with applicable laws.

BCA may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms. Users will be notified of significant changes.
